services provided at our training center and
www.securityclass.net. This privacy policy
describes how ATA will collect and use your
information. All information provided to ATA
may be shared with ATA parent companies. When
you provide a ATA Agent with your personal
information, you consent to the information
practices described in this policy.
This privacy policy may not apply to web sites
that are accessible through the WWW.SECURITYCLASS.NET.
WWW.SECURITYCLASS.NET may contain links to
other sites operated by third parties including,
but not limited to, third-party sites that
display ATA trademarks. We encourage you to
read the privacy policies of those other sites
to learn how they collect, use, share and
secure your information.
This privacy policy applies exclusively to
ATA operations within the United States.

below that you may find helpful in understanding

of transaction.

you call to schedule a course registration,
purchase products, contact ATA by telephone
with a question or inquiry, participate in
a sweepstakes, promotion or survey, and/or
participate in other activities with ATA entities.
ATA uses the information you provide in order
to fulfill requests for services or information;
provide customer services; administer sweepstakes,
promotions or surveys; offer new products
or services; improve the effectiveness of

ATA does not sell or rent your personal information

marketing communications and provide your
current contact information.
3) Send an email with your current contact
information to info@www.securityclass.net.
4) Send a request with your current contact
information to ATA, Unsubscribe, AddressXXXX.
If you send an email or letter request, please
include your full name, address, phone number
and email address and indicate specifically
what type of marketing communication(s) (for
example, email, direct mail and / or phone)
you wish to stop receiving. This helps identify
you correctly in ATA systems so our staff
can accurately process your request.
ATA will take the appropriate steps to implement
your request to opt-out of receiving marketing
communications. Please note that due to production,
mailing and system timelines, in order to
remove you from ATA marketing lists, it may
take up to ten business days for emails, 30
calendar days for phone calls and six weeks
for direct mail.
Until the change takes effect, you may still
receive marketing communications from us.
Also, please note that even though you may
have requested not to receive future marketing
communications, you may still receive business-related
communications such as appointment confirmation
calls, billing information or other organization-related
communications. In addition, opting out of
ATA marketing communications does not impact
your marketing preferences with the ATA parent
company. You must contact the ATA parent company
directly if you wish to stop receiving other
marketing communications.

and would like to be added to our marketing

then be stored on your hard drive. ATA web
sites and emails may use cookies to create
